What is the difference between renting and buying?
Bins, carts and covers are RENTED by the week — they leave with us. Consumables like stretch wrap, bubble wrap, security ties and labels are BOUGHT, because you use them up. Every price on this page says which of the two it is.
How many bins do I need for my move?
Count about ten bins per furnished room: roughly 25 for a studio, 35 for two bedrooms, 50 for three, 70 for four, 90 for five or more. The calculator on the residential page suggests a package from your home type, and you can adjust it before booking.
Does a GoBAC bin fit in an elevator or a narrow staircase?
Yes. A bin measures 27″ × 17″ × 12″ — smaller than a standard moving box once assembled — and a cart moves five at a time through an apartment corridor.
Do I need a cart, or can the bins be carried by hand?
A full bin is easy to carry with two hands. The cart earns its place when there is distance or an elevator: five bins in one trip instead of five trips. Most apartment moves take one.
Does the wardrobe box really replace clothing boxes?
Yes, and it is reusable. Clothes stay on their hangers, hanging from the rail: nothing to fold, nothing to iron on arrival. It is a rental, not a box to throw out.
Are the bins washed between rentals?
Yes, every bin is cleaned before it goes out again. You have nothing to wash: empty them and close the lids.
Can I add equipment after booking?
Yes, call us at (514) 335-2427. As long as the delivery has not left, we add what you need. After that, we arrange a second delivery if the quantity justifies it.
