How fast do you reply?
The same business day, Monday to Friday. For a same-day delivery or pickup, call (514) 335-2427 — the phone beats an email.
Can I pick up or drop off equipment in person?
Yes. The counter is at 2960 Rue Halpern in Saint-Laurent, open Monday to Thursday 8 am–5 pm and Friday 8 am–3 pm. Call ahead and we will have your equipment ready.
Do you deliver everywhere in Greater Montreal?
We deliver across the island of Montreal and its suburbs — 93 municipalities so far. If yours is not in the footer list, we still deliver anywhere in Quebec: transportation is priced by distance.
Do you answer in English and French?
Yes, in both languages, by phone and in writing. Just reply in whichever suits you.
How do I check the status of my order?
Your online account shows the order status, the contract and the invoices. You can also call us with your request number.
Can I message you on social media instead?
Yes, we read direct messages on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. For a detailed quote the form is still faster: it gives us the dates and addresses in one go.
