Delivery and pickup happen Monday to Friday: the booking flow does not accept Saturdays or Sundays.

What the package includes, extra weeks and delivery.
Does the package price include delivery?
No. The package covers the bins for the first week. Delivery and pickup are calculated separately, by driving distance between our depot and your address, and are shown before you confirm.
What if I keep the bins longer than a week?
The first week is included in the package. Each additional week then costs $1 per bin: $35 more per week for the 35-bin package, for example.
Is there a fee for a commercial address?
Yes: a commercial delivery (office, store, institution) needs a loading dock, an elevator booking or access hours. It adds a fixed amount to the delivery and the same to the pickup: $50 for 25 and 35 bins, $70 for 50 bins, $80 for 70 bins, $100 for 90 bins. It comes on top of the distance-based transportation.
How is transportation calculated?
By driving distance between our depot and your address, for both delivery and pickup. The exact amount appears during booking, as soon as the address is complete, before you confirm.
Do the prices shown include taxes?
No: they are before GST (5%) and QST (9.975%). The booking quote adds both, line by line, before the total.
