How many bins for your move?
Choose your space and room count. Your recommendation will automatically follow you into booking.
- Replacement fee for any lost or damaged equipment: bin $75 · dolly $200 · wardrobe box $150 · hand truck $150, each.
- A person must be present at the time of delivery and pickup: we do not leave any equipment outside.
- Remove all labels and adhesive tape from the bins before pickup; labels left on incur extra charges. If you use your own labels, make sure they are easy to remove.
- Do not write directly on the bins.
- Do not leave the bins outside in the rain or unsupervised: they can be stolen.
- Do not place items soiled with grease or oily substances directly into the bins; cleaning fees apply to soiled bins.
- Each additional week is billed at the same rate per bin.
- Delivery and pickup fees are calculated by the distance between our depot and the address, and confirmed before delivery.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
- A cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date incurs a $50 cancellation fee.
- Once the bins are delivered, no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances.
