Common questions

How many bins do I need?

Plan for about ten bins per furnished room. The calculator on the residential page suggests a package based on your home type and number of rooms, and you can adjust it before booking.

Do I have to wash the bins before returning them?

No. We clean them between rentals. Just empty them and close the lids.

Can the lid get lost?

No — it is hinged to the bin. There is no separate lid to track down on pickup day.
